Cheryl Cole & Liam Payne Have Welcomed A Beautiful Baby!

After nine months of speculation, rumours and the occasional snatched photo, Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne have FINALLY confirmed they were pregnant - with a super cute birth announcement!

The Girls Aloud singer took to Instagram late Saturday night with a sweet snap of her One Direction boyfriend and their precious new bub.

"On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream," Cheryl wrote.

"Although he still doesn't have a name he is already stealing hearts.

"We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival.

"Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever"

(Also, before any of you panic, that's UK Mother's Day. We're good for another few weeks.)

Liam also posted the same photo to his own Instagram, saying that he had been left "speechless".

"My close friends and family know there are very few times when I'm left speechless... wow!" he wrote.

"I'm incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it's a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.

"I'm completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she's really made my dreams come true.

"We haven't named him yet but he's already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed. Happy Mother's Day everyone!"

Rumours that the 33-year-old was pregnant first started swirling when Cheryl's mother was spotted buying baby clothes in the middle of last year; as the months went on, both Cheryl and her 23-year-old boyfriend refused to comment, although pap shots of the two leaving a restaurant hinted at a baby bump.

It's the first child for both Cheryl and Liam, who met when Liam was just 14 years old and auditioning for The X Factor.

Congratulations guys!
