Ed Sheeran Is In HUGE Trouble And Set To Lose MILLIONS

The family of a co-writer of Marvin Gaye’s ‘’Let’s Get It On’ is suing Ed Sheehan.

They are claiming the British songwriters hit ‘’Thinking Out Loud’’ sounds too much like the soul classic.

The lawsuit has been filed by the daily of Ed Townsend and claims it has copied the ‘heart’ of ‘Let’s Get It On’ and repeated it throughout ‘Thinking Out Loud’.

”The melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic compositions of 'Thinking' are substantially and strikingly similar to the drum composition of 'Let's.', " the family says.

They are also adamant that Sheehan continued to perform the song, even though he was notified of the copyright infringement claim last year.

The family is demanding E, and his writers Amy Wadge, producer Jake Gosling as well as his record labels front up to court for the proceedings.

Gaye’s family last yea successfully sued R&B artists Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams for copyright over their song ‘’Blurred Lines’’ and won a $US7.4 million settlement.
