Candice Swanepoel Slams Haters For Body Double Standards

Candice Swanepoel has something to say to the haters.

The Victoria's Secret model has come out in defence of breastfeeding in public and celebrating the natural phenomenon.

The model slammed the double standards she has faced - shamed for breastfeeding but not topless shoots as a model.

The public perception is so much so that she feels pressure to 'cover up' while feeding her two month old son, Anaca.

"Many women today are shamed for breastfeeding in public, or even kicked out of public places for feeding their children," her post began.

"I have been made to feel the need to cover up and somewhat shy to feed my baby in public places but strangely feel nothing for the topless editorials I've done in the name of art..?

2 months of pure joy with my little love.💙 👪

"The world has been desensitized to the sexualization of the breast and to violence on tv...why should it be different when it comes to breastfeeding? -Breastfeeding is not sexual it's natural.

"Those who feel it is wrong to feed your child in public need to get educated on the benefits breastfeeding has on mother and child and intern (sic) on society as a whole."

The model has also made clear that if you take offense from seeing photos of breastfeeding or the female form that you should unfollow her instead of just reporting her photos to Instagram.

Do you agree with her?

Little lion man 🦁 straight up chilling. He's definitely my son ✌🏼️
