Sacked X Factor Judge Defends Herself After Humiliating Contestant
Natalia Kills has defended herself after being sacked from X Factor NZ.
Natalia and her husband, Willy Moon were slammed for bullying contestant Joe Irvine during the live show resulting in a huge backlash from the public.
Just 24 hours after the X Factor NZ episode aired there was an online petition for Kills to be fired featuring 70,000 supporters.
However it seems Kills isn't too bothered by the whole scandal based off her recents tweets and instagrams.
I love you guys, thanks for your support & understanding my passionate opinions! You know what they say about me... https://t.co/DNBksvmYWM— NATALIA KILLS (@NataliaKills) March 15, 2015
She did another tweet exclaiming how much she enjoyed the live show...
Had the most fun at the live shows tonight! So many new followers! Love you all 💗 time to celebrate! 🍸 https://t.co/kzwPNVjhxd— NATALIA KILLS (@NataliaKills) March 15, 2015
She then posted a picture on Instagram of Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis from 'Natural Born Killers' and tagged her husband.
From what we can tell Kills doesn't seem to be fazed at all by her recent firing. In fact she seems to be taking it all as a bit of a joke.
Dominic Bowden, host of the series announced the sacking saying "Yes, following last night's show, MediaWorks has made the decision that Willy Moon and Natalia Kills are leaving the show.
MediaWorks chief executive Mark Weldon, released a statement saying, "Last night on X Factor both Kills and Moon made comments that were completely unacceptable.
"While the judges on X Factor are expected to provide critiques of the performances, we will not tolerate such destructive tirades from any of the judges.
"Contestants put their all into this competition and they should expect to receive feedback and criticism that is professional and constructive.
"We no longer have confidence that Kills and Moon are the right people to perform the role of X Factor judges and they will leave the show, effective immediately."
