Star Wars: Princess Leia's Gold Bikini Sold At Auction
Princess Leia's gold bikini, the iconic metallic two-piece slave outfit worn by actress Carrie Fisher is Star Wars Episode Six: The Return of the Jedi, was sold at auction for a whopping $96,000USD ($135,000) on Friday.
The bikini was auctioned off along with a collar and several links from the chain which Leia eventually used to strangle Jabba the Hut. The winning bidder has not been named, but he or she is the envy of every male Star Wars fan. The most expensive item sold at the auction Friday was Princess Leia's "Blockade Runner" which was the first flying ship ever seen in a Star Wars film. It sold for $450,000.
