The Secret Map On Your iPhone That Tracks Your EVERY Move
We know that Apple have been collecting data for some time, but did you know that there is a hidden map buried deep in your Settings that shows every location you've ever been, plus how many times???
Here’s how to find it:
1: From the main Settings menu, select Privacy
2: Select Location Services
3: Scroll aaaalll the way down to the bottom to System Services
4: Scroll about 3/4 of the way down to Frequent Locations.
Note: This is where you can turn the feature off.
The next menu shows the towns and cities you've recently and most frequently visited in chronological order. Click on one and it'll show you all the details.
The map shows plot points highlighting where you've been and how often you've visited these locations.
Click even further and you'll get a specific location display with the dates AND time of day you were there and when you left!
Apple says there’s no reason to feat your data being tracked since it’s “kept solely on your device and won’t be sent to Apple without your consent,” and is generally only there to “provide you with personalized services, such as predictive traffic routing.”
Either way, you may want to turn this feature off so the next time you chuck a sickie the boss can't see that you were actually at the beach instead of home in bed with the flu!
