$2 million In illicit drugs seized from ACT home
More than $2 million in illicit drugs has been seized by ACT Police, after they were found hidden inside a safe behind a false wall at a home in Palmerston on Thursday morning.
Police say contained two kilograms of methamphetamines (ice) and 1.5 kilograms of heroin were inside the safe, with the drugs containing a street value of over $2 million.
A 35-year-old Palmerston man will face court at a later date over the incident, police say they are continuing investigations into potential co-offenders.
