Police seized a massive stash of suspected stolen items from a house in Lyneham, following 16 burglaries across Canberra building sites in recent months.
The wide range of tools and jewellery are worth more than $150,000!
A 34-year-old woman’s been charged with unlawful possession of stolen property – she was granted bail and will face court at a later date.
She will also be charged with receiving stolen property.
A 42-year-old man’s also copped several charges – receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of stolen property and three counts of possess a prohibited weapon without authorisation.
He’ll be summonsed to court at a later date.
Police are trying to track down the owners of the seized property.
