Raiders fans will be able to skip the cold with more afternoon matches scheduled for next season!

The 2018 NRL Draw has been released, with the green machine to host several blockbuster games.

Canberra kicks off their season with a round one match against the Titans on the Gold Coast in March, with their first home game against the Knights in round two.

Local fans will also get a good dose of home footy straight off the bat – with four out of six home matches to start the season.

And they finish the regular season with three out of the last four matches at GIO Stadium.

Raiders members also benefit from knowing the dates and times for all 25 rounds of the season, so they can plan accordingly!

In other good news, six of the clubs 12 home matches are either Saturday or Sunday afternoons, so spectators can avoid that nightly chill Canberra is known for.

The green machine has two Friday 6pm home games, including one against Manly.

For those who prefer to watch the games from the comfort of their couch – there are five free-to-air matches across the course of the season.

Some of the home matches expected to draw big crowds are when the Raiders take on the Bulldogs, Sharks, Tigers, Eels and Rabbitohs.
