SNOW ON THE CARDS FOR CANBERRA WEDNESDAY MORNING
by Kate Rice
We could see some snow fall in the suburbs around Canberra early Wednesday morning, as a cold snap sweeps across the east coast of Australia over the next few days.
Meteorologist Brett Dutschke from Weatherzone said the chance of us getting a bit of snow tomorrow is as good as it's been all year, with temps expected to dip to minus one overnight tonight, but you might have to get up early to see it.
"Snow is likely, and the best time is between 5am and 9am tomorrow. So there should be a bit of snow in the suburbs at least, it may even fall in the city but I doubt that it's going to settle in the middle of town," he said.
