Ever wanted to dress up or bling out your dog, but haven’t found the right occasion?
Well now is your chance!
More than 1,000 dogs and 3,000 people are expected to flock to Exhibition Park for A Pooch Affair on Saturday June 16.
The boutique event will feature a Doggie Mall, demonstrations, a Tough Mutt Challenge obstacle course, a Paws and Pose photo booth, High Tea with Dogs and a doggie pamper station!
“The dogs can come along, they can have a spritz, their nails clipped, and little bow ties put in as hair clips,” Event Manager Emma Pieper said.
We mustn’t forget the Doggie Diner where you can pop in for a puppicino!

There’ll also be prizes for best dressed pup, keeping with the Denim and Diamonds theme.
“We’re encouraging people to bling their fur babies up to the max,” Ms Pieper said.
Certified Master Groomer Melanie Newman, who secured a Shark Tank deal last year, will make a special appearance!
Celebrity dogs Maluka and Avalon will also be there in some jaw-dropping outfits!
Other entertainment includes dog obedience, dancing with dogs, nose works, high jump and canine disc.
And if you’re wanting to meet other dog owners with the same pooch breed as you, there’s 24 separate breed play times in the Breed Play Area.
Visitors can also learn something, with a range of presentations on topics including responsible pet ownership, holistic veterinary care and caring for injured animals.
There’ll also be lots of fun competitions like ‘Size Doesn’t Matter’, ‘Bling for Babies’ and ‘Ready, Set, Slurp!’
