ACT Police are set to be out in full force, targeting anti-social behaviour both inside and out of Manuka Oval for the One Dayer today between the Aussies and the Kiwis.

Operating Commander Station Sergeant Adrian Croft, said officers will be keeping a close eye on all areas of the ground, especially those who try to bring alcohol in.

"Those persons caught in possession or consuming alcohol purchased outside the ground will be ejected, and we're also urging patrons to moderate their alcohol intake and stay well hydrated during the day," he said.

ACTION's also putting on free buses to Manuka Oval for the clash, if you show your ticket.

And the good news from Weatherzone is the wet weather looks set to clear up around lunch time, just in time for the cricket.

Gates open at 1pm, with the first session underway at 2.20pm, and the second at 6.35pm.
