There’ll be plenty of mouth-watering signature dishes and nation-wide favourites to try, with a focus on multicultural flavours and fusing cuisines.
Among the impressive line-up, is Hoy Pinoy, the popular Filipino street barbeque, serving up these bad boys..
Something that combines two of the best things about life – chicken and cheese – is also sure to be a hit with visitors.
Be sure to try the KFC Cheese Puffle – Korean fried chicken stuffed inside a cone-shaped egg-filled cheese waffle, topped with Japanese mayo and shallots.
Another one that’s sure to be a crowd favourite is Mr Bao’s Gua Bao Trio – crackling pork belly, Korean BBQ beef and Karaage chicken.
There’s heaps of other savoury goods on offer, like Korean twist potato (like chip on a stick with delicious seasonings), Vietnamese-style burritos known as ‘phorittos’ and chicken satay roti rolls – to name a few!
The sweet tooths are also well catered for, with amazing creations like Gelato Messina’s Kamikaze Katsu – a deep-fried gelato katsu sandwich with sudachi lime gelato coated in red velvet cake and panko crumbs, sandwiched in fluffy white bread with yuzu sauce.
Waffleland’s also serving up their fresh baked waffles with a variety of toppings, and you must try N2 Gelato’s strawberry watermelon soft serve!
