When you’ve been going on your lockdown walks have you noticed an increase in scarecrow sightings? This may be because of the Scarecrow competition currently running.

This competition is usually held at Floriade by the Weston Creek Community Council, but with the event not being run this year they have decided to do a pop up competition in Canberrans front and backyards. There are currently 51 entries and the winner will be crowned tomorrow.

Cam and Kristen catch up with Dr Marisa Paterson, Member for Murrumbidgee about the Scarecrow Challenge. Listen to their chat below:

If you want to vote for your favourite scarecrow you can here.
