COVID-19 cases have been detected at three more Tuggeranong schools, following the emergence of a growing cluster at the Wanniassa School Junior Campus.

On Thursday morning it was revealed positive cases had been detected within the following school communities:

  • Wanniassa School Senior Campus
  • St Anthony’s Primary, Waniassa
  • Gordon Primary

Multiple cases have been identified at the Wanniassa School Senior Campus but all close contacts have been contacted with the school remaining open for anyone doesn’t need to quarantine.

It comes as a cluster at the junior campus grew to 17 on Wednesday, with the junior school to remain closed for the rest of the week.

One case has been identified at Gordon primary with all close contacts identified and the school remaining open.

At least one case has also been identified at the St Anthony’s Parish Primary in Wanniassa.
