Thousand of people will be in attendance at next month’s ANZAC Day Dawn Service and National Ceremony at the War Memorial.

The events have been given ACT Health approval to go ahead with crowds this year.

Working with local health authorities, the Memorial has set capacity limits of 4,200 for the Dawn Service and 3,000 at the National Ceremony.

Both events will be ticketed to comply with the government’s covid restrictions.

Memorial Director, Matt Anderson said tickets will be available to the public from 10am on Monday 22 March.

“We look forward to welcoming those who are fortunate enough to get tickets to the Anzac Day events, and encourage everyone else to tune into the broadcasts and take part in the RSL Light Up the Dawn,”.

Details of the Veterans’ participation in the National Ceremony are still being finalised by the ACT RSL.
