Cuteness alert! Two new leopard cubs have been spotted in Canberra

The National Zoo & Aquarium has introduced their newest residents to the public on Friday, with a pair of Sri Lankan Leopards now seen running around their pen.

The two boys were born on Christmas Eve and have spent the past few months cuddled up in their den.

Now they’re out and ready to play.

The two boys have been named Asanka, meaning brave, and Chatura meaning clever.

Their arrival is also a major milestone in the conservation of the species, becoming the first Sri Lankan Leopards to be born in Australia.
