Police have launched a fresh bid for information into the shooting murder of 48-year-old Glenn Walewicz at his Phillip home last month.

They’ve released images of a silver 2006 Honda Accord Sedan that’s believed to have been used during the targeted attack on 10 June.

It was later located, crashed on Coppins Crossing Road, Denman Prospect the following morning.

Detective Superintendent Scott Moller said he’s keen to speak with anyone that saw the car on the night of the murder.

“Anybody that has seen that vehicle, in and around the Phillip area, wherever it was would be really important.”

“Any vehicle that matches that description on the night in Canberra – I would like to speak to.”

“In particular we would like to speak to anyone who may have assisted or spoken to the driver of the Honda after it ran off Coppins Crossing Road.”

Police are also renewing their request to speak to anyone who knew Glenn Walewicz or has any information about his murder.
