ACT Police are now investigating the burglary of the RSPCA’s Weston Shelter, where two kittens remain missing.
CCTV footage from the shelter depicts the alleged offender, donning a mullet and walking unsteadily around the grounds of the site at about 2:40am on Saturday 17 April.
Police are now appealing for information from the public and help to identify the man.
Following the break-in on Saturday, Shelter CEO, Michelle Robertson shared the shock and sadness the team felt following the incident.
“When our team arrived, much to our distress, we found two beautiful cats missing.”
