Canberra, it’s time to stop singing in the shower and start singing on a boat.
Kristen has never done karaoke before. And as someone who’ll be the first to admit she’s not exactly a professional singer, she’s looking for a safe space to give it a crack without feeling judged.
That’s where Kara-okay comes in.
We’re gathering Canberra’s most enthusiastic, most passionate, and possibly least talented singers for a one-of-a-kind karaoke party on Lake Burley Griffin. No pressure. No judgement. Just great tunes, great company, and plenty of questionable notes.

How to Win
Throughout the day. When you hear the cue to call, be ready to jump on the phone.
If you can correctly finish the song they’re playing, you’ll score an invite for you and a mate to join the Kara-okay boat party.
