If you are a ‘Royalist’ then we have found the perfect event for you to attend. At Parliament House they are celebrating Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s historic Platinum Jubilee with an exclusive tour of representations of the Queen in the Australian Parliament House art collection.

The tour includes stories behind Sir William Dargie’s ‘Wattle Queen’ and the statue of Queen Elizabeth II in the Queen’s Terrace Café. You’ll also see the Queen represented in art throughout Australian history at the opening of parliaments in 1954 and 1974 and the opening of Australian Parliament House in 1988.

Cam and Kristen chat to Bertie O’Brien who is a tour guide at Parliament House about how you can attend.
