Lots of Aussies in major cities are contemplating a move to the regions as the cost of living crisis worsens.

Statistics from the Regional Australia Institute show around one in five city dwellers have thought about escaping the big smoke, in favour of lower traffic, regional living centers.

Around 70 thousand people made the move to a rural area during the pandemic, and that trend has not slowed down.
