You often hear of homes being sold “off market” before a property has even hit the online portals.
It all sounds kind-of secretive doesn’t it, almost like you need to be a member of an exclusive club to get the scoop!
But how do people actually find off market listings? And why would someone selling a property not list it, but have it available as an off-market listing?
