Anyone who’s applied for a rental (or several) knows how arduous it can be!
There’s lots of questions to answer and what feels like endless amounts of paperwork.
But the process of applying for a rental is set to become safer and simpler, if changes being trialled come into effect.
Applicants will no longer need to hand over lots of personal documents and won’t have to jump through as many hoops to show they can afford the rent.
But how will it all work? And what’s the expected timeline?
