There’s lots of things to consider when selling a property. But what about if someone wants to sell their investment property that has tenants in it?

One of the first considerations that comes to mind is how to manage open homes. Is it best to work with the tenant, or ensure the property’s vacant before that?

It sounds like a vacant house would be easier to market and sell, but then that means no one’s in there to pay rent to help cover the mortgage in the interim!

So what’s the best way to go about it? And what’s the number one mistake sellers make in this space?
