
Selling and buying property is a big timing game. Trying to line things up so you can sell and have somewhere to go to straight after can be tricky.
It made us wonder, which is more common, selling with someone still living in the house, or have most vendors already moved out?
If someone is still living in the house through the sale, what are some of the things to be aware of?
And from an agents perspective, do they prefer if the vendor is present, or far from where the action’s happening?
