If you’re in need of a fancy new dining destination – we’ve got you covered.
Luna Bar in the City has released their new seasonal dining and cocktail menu, and it’s to DINE for.
See what we did there…
The creative cocktails and handcrafted menu are guaranteed to give you a unique experience, and it’s right here in Canberra.
Head Chef Adrianne Gail De Jesus has trained under multiple Michelin star chefs, while mixologist Charlie Stephenson shakes things up at the bar.
Basically, you’re in very good hands.
The new menu features a range of crafty dishes, starting with the Orange chicken popcorn with fried basil and orange aioli. It’s the Chef’s favourite from America and the perfect winter snack.
Moving on there’s the Scallop Tempura with burnt shallot crème fraiche and caviar, so delicious just one little taste will have you wanting to pop the whole dish in your mouth!
There’s also plenty of options for vegetarians, including the Cauliflower Steak and Eggs, with Onsen Egg, Asian sugo and fried enoki. The most perfectly cooked cauliflower you’ve ever tasted.
And then there’s the cocktails!
A notable mention for the Caffeinated Oompa Loompa, with Mount Gay rum, Kahlua, Crème de Cacao, and orange bitters. Like a cold brew mixed with Jaffa and a good splash of alcohol.
For the sweet tooths we can’t forget dessert…with the dark chocolate basque cheesecake with burnt orange caramel, and a matcha leche flan.
Need we say more.
