Listening to the agent speak about the 1.7 mill block in Forde and the average land price at 1300 to 1500 per square meter. The question is, would I be better off demolishing my house and selling the block alone? Sounds stupid I know. My block is 1200 square meters in Melba I reckon its worth more with no house on it!
