End of Week Celebrations in The Garden, The Hyatt Hotel Canberra

The Hyatt Hotel have re-opened their iconic courtyard gardens and are inviting everyone to come and unwind!

A special gin bar is outside, serving up gin tea and exciting cocktails using some ingredients found within the Hyatt! Delicious snack food ranging from mushroom arancini balls, to pulled wagyu sliders all the way to the classic potato wedge. And a DJ blasting the tunes from 5:30pm, kicking off your evenings at the Hyatt might be the way to go this summer!

The Jetty

It’s back! Right on the shore of Lake Burley Griffin, the Jetty Beer Garden is once again serving up brews with a view.

Live music, awesome food from Fricken Chicken and the Jetty café and classic Bentspoke Brewing bevvies all underneath the new weatherproof marquee. Getting down to the waterfront and soaking up the evening sun is one you should not miss!

Dairy Road ft. Capital Brewing Co, Canteen, Brodburger and Fricken Chicken!

Everyone’s favorite Fyshwick watering hole has welcomed a few new members to the family.

Not only can you enjoy a nice cold beer from Capital Brewing, but you can treat yourself to a wide array of food. There is LITERALLY something for everyone this summer now that both the Fricken Chicken food van and Canteen (formally Ramen Daddy at Verity Lane) have joined one of Canberra’s favourite burger joints, Brodburger.

Highball

While the new Highball location is still technically inside, they have knocked the windows out – SO IT COUNTS!

Nine months after shutting its doors, the new and improved bar is back, doubled in size and with a new bougie, RnB vibe. So, get your gang together, walk up the grand staircase and take in the glorious, beautiful layout with a cheeky cocktail or few.

Another “technically indoor but still has an outdoor element” bar – Canberra’s first ‘outdoor’ rooftop bar is ready to welcome in the warm summer air.

Friday Night Drinks at Old Parliament House

Friday Night drinks are back at the Old Parliament house, welcoming in a new generation to experience the good times of old.

They’re offering beers from Capital Brewing, an array of wines and cocktails plus woodfired pizzas for those in need or a post-work feed. And don’t worry about tunes. The decks are covered by a DJ to get the courtyard moving and grooving.
