Canberra is set to welcome its very own Harris Farm Markets store next year.

The popular grocery chain will open its doors at Majura Park in the back end of 2023.

With stores across New South Wales and Queensland, the beloved grocer boasts mind-blowing arrays of fresh and local produce, milk on tap and walls of cheese.

Harris Farm Markets co-CEO Tristan Harris said he was excited to announce what will be their first store in Canberra.

“The ACT and nearby Southern Tablelands of NSW is famed for a richness of food and an incredible assortment of fruit and veg that we look forward to be able to celebrate in this store working with so many wonderful growers & makers is what we thrive off.”

“The store at Majura Park will allow us to showcase local flavours, and being purpose built, will also allow us to design and create a store of the future – to celebrate all this edible goodness, which is what we have been doing as a business for over 50 years.”

It’s expected to the arrival of the store will also create 120 jobs in the ACT.
