Ignace Diompy travelled to Australia from France a few years ago, in the hopes of brushing up on his English before moving to Dubai to open up a bakery.

Little did he realise he’d come to love Australia so much, that he’d forget about Dubai, and set up shop here in the ACT with his wife Giada.
